About the Role
As a Healthcare Sales Executive, you will own the development and growth of your territory. You will be expected to identify and create new opportunities while developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals, health systems, IDNs, and healthcare organizations.
Success requires more than traditional product selling. QleanAir solutions involve clinical requirements, technical design, regulatory considerations, construction, capital budgeting, and multiple customer stakeholders. You must be comfortable leading a consultative sales process that can include pharmacy leadership, facilities, engineering, construction, infection prevention, procurement, finance, architects, and executive leadership.
Within your first 12 months, you will be expected to have established a strong healthcare network within your territory, developed a healthy and qualified pipeline, converted strategic opportunities into customers, and positioned QleanAir as a trusted partner within key hospital and health-system accounts.
Responsibilities
- Hunt and develop new business across hospitals, health systems, IDNs, and other strategic healthcare organizations throughout the Western U.S.
- Leverage and expand existing healthcare relationships to create access to key decision-makers and uncover new opportunities.
- Build relationships at multiple levels of the customer organization, from technical and clinical stakeholders through executive leadership.
- Own complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through solution development, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Understand customer operational, clinical, facility, regulatory, and financial requirements and help translate those needs into technically appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate closely with QleanAir’s design, engineering, project management, service, and commercial teams throughout the sales process.
- Develop strategic account plans for major hospitals, health systems, and IDNs within the territory.
- Build and maintain a disciplined, qualified sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity management.
- Represent QleanAir at industry conferences, customer meetings, professional organizations, and strategic networking events.
- Develop long-term customer relationships that generate repeat projects, system-wide opportunities, and referrals.
